Zulema Charles

Zulema’s journey from dancer to fitness entrepreneur showcases her remarkable dedication and discipline. Beginning her training at the Caribbean School of Dance at age five, she mastered various styles, including RAD Ballet and Tap Dancing. Professionally, she toured for ten years with Machel Montano, performing at international festivals across Europe, the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.

Health challenges prompted Zulema to pivot towards health and fitness, leading her to become a two-time Trinidad & Tobago National Bodybuilding Champion, earning gold on the international stage. Embracing the fitness lifestyle, she founded ZEEFIT and co-founded SOKASWEAT, a dance fitness program that captures the vibrant spirit of Caribbean carnival. Zulema continues to inspire others with her unwavering focus and self-motivation. Join her journey!
